Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. The role leads the manufacturing deployment, guiding cross-functional teams through design transfer, process development, and global launch activities as part of a planned separation into DePuy Synthes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years professional related experience is required.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and management influence skills are required.
• Strong Manufacturing Experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership to programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and plan from charter to global launch.
• Collaborate with functions to achieve objectives including profitability, timeliness and quality.
• Govern design transfer, DFMA readiness, process capability analyses, and technology transfer readiness.
• Build cross-functional teams with feedback and coaching.
• Follow processes for new product development to ensure compliance and deliverables.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
