Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. The role supports the planned separation into DePuy Synthes and oversees manufacturing deployment across global programs.

The position requires leading cross-functional teams, developing launch plans from charter through hand-off, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety policies. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years related experience required.
• Medical device/pharma experience preferred.
• Strong communication and influence/management skills required.
• Significant manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and coach direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership for programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and execution plans from charter to global launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure objectives.
• Ensure DFMA/process design and transfer readiness for success.
• Build cross-functional teams and provide coaching to team members.
• Follow GMP and safety/environmental guidelines.
