Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. You will lead the assigned group and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver robust manufacturing transfers and global launches.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in manufacturing or medical device/pharma; strong leadership and communication skills; experience with DFMA and process transfer is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and management influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and coach direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership to programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and craft the project plan from charter to global launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to meet objectives and ensure prioritization of resources.
• Ensure design transfer, DFMA readiness, process design and capability analyses are planned and executed.
• Build cross-functional teams and provide feedback and coaching.
• Follow processes for new product development to ensure compliance and deliverables.
• Communicate business-related issues to higher management.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
