Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA, with consideration for Zuchwil, Switzerland. The role supports global launch readiness across countries and requires leading cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing transfers and new product introductions.

You will partner with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to optimize resources, ensure DFMA readiness and process capability, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years professional related experience.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and management influence skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and coach direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership to programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and execute the project plan through hand-off to sites.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to meet objectives and allocate resources.
• Ensure design transfer, DFMA readiness, process design and governance.
• Build cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with processes.
