Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Project Lead, R&D Partnerships to drive external collaborations and inter-company projects. You will work with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Global Strategic Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver innovative solutions in a regulated environment.

The role requires a biomedical/engineering background, 7+ years in medical device development, and up to 10% travel. Based in Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ with a hybrid on-site schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in biomedical/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in medical device development, with experience in combination products or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering technically complex products from concept to market.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional JJMT teams to execute parallel product development projects.
• Meet performance agreement requirements including time to market and cost targets.
• Lead external and inter-company collaboration projects from assessment to life-cycle transfer.
• Ensure projects comply with GMP, ISO, MDD and JJMT policies.
• Communicate progress, opportunities, risks and issues to management.
