Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced supply chain leader for End-to-End oversight of NPI and LCM projects in West Chester, PA. You will drive project plans, coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain, and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and compliant launches.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing or supply chain, with 8+ years in related roles and exposure to new product development and strategic execution. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience in NPD/NPI project management is required.
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the End to End supply chain lead for NPI and LCM projects, driving plans and execution.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to align strategies and allocate resources.
• Develops operations strategy and leads the project plan from charter to global launch.
• Collaborates with other functions to ensure commercial success and on-time delivery.
• Delivers projects in compliance with defined processes for new product development.
• Provides innovative solutions to accelerate project execution and meet deliverables.
• Builds cross-functional teams and coaches members.
