You will craft learning paths for Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, Deployment, and Infrastructure teams, while coordinating readiness programs across GPU compute, networking, and production readiness.

The role demands 8+ years in program management, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering scalable, measurable learning journeys with executive governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, enablement, or related fields.
• Experience leading global technical enablement or workforce readiness programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and learning domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a global technical enablement program for AI infrastructure and enterprise tech solutions.
• Develop technical learning paths for Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, Deployment Engineers, and related teams.
• Coordinate readiness programs covering GPU compute, networking, AI validation, performance optimization, and production readiness.
• Manage certification readiness, labs, exams, and skills tracking.
• Partner with Learning & Development to integrate learning paths into enterprise platforms and governance.
