Job summary

Eightelevengroup's client is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of AI and Data Intelligence initiatives. This hybrid player-coach role provides architectural guidance and hands-on engineering across multiple projects on Google Cloud Platform.

You will ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with reference architecture, mentor staff, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with lead/principal engineer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple AI/Data projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-project AI/ML and Data initiatives with timely delivery.
• Define and review architectures for scalability, reliability, and security on GCP.
• Lead design reviews and approve solution patterns for AI applications.
• Mentor senior developers, data scientists, and engineers; perform code reviews.
• Operationalize ML models using Vertex AI and build data pipelines.
