Job summary

Ecolab, a leader in cleaning and disinfection, is seeking a Sr. Global Technical Consultant for its Life Sciences division. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and safety in cleaning, sanitation, and contamination control while improving operational efficiency.

The candidate will support the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors with GMP-aligned practices and training. This Europe-based, remote role requires traversing to international customer sites as needed, providing guidance on

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (or equivalent) with operations/engineering focus.
10 years of practical experience in personal care, cosmetics, vitamin/mineral/supplement industries.
Experience with cleaning and CIP operations; ability to travel 50%+ of time in EU.
Fluent in English and Italian; valid driver’s license; able to obtain visas for international travel.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems in Personal Care and Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Conduct customer visits and site surveys, review processes and cleaning/disinfection products for compliance and efficiency, document recommendations.
