Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Technical Consultant to work with Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplement customers on cleaning, disinfection, and validation best practices. The role involves site surveys, CIP optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting internal sales teams.

Based in the US, this remote position allows residency near a major airport with preference for Midwest or Southeast regions. Travel to international sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; operations or engineering focus preferred.
• 10 years of practical experience in relevant industry.
• Experience in understanding/troubleshooting cleaning and CIP operations.
• Experience in executing or supporting cleaning validation programs.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of time based on customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems related to cleaning and hygiene across Personal Care manufacturing applications.
• Conduct customer technical visits and site surveys, review contamination control practices and cleaning/disinfection products; provide documented recommendations.
• Assist the customer in their change control process, including project management support, SOP guidance, and validation consultation.
• Deliver internal trainings and customer seminars on cGMPs, cleaning/disinfection best practices, cleaning technologies, and cleaning validation principles.
• Communicate best practices and key learnings to the field sales organization.
• Lead unique customer projects beyond typical account management scope.
• Ensure brand standards and timely completion of final reports.
