Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Technical Consultant to work with customers at their facilities, focusing on cleaning, disinfection, plant hygiene, and validation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role supports Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplement sectors, including CIP/PIP optimization and on-site training. Based in the US with remote work options, travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, preferably with operations or engineering focus.
• 10 years of practical experience in relevant industry.
• Experience in understanding/troubleshooting of cleaning and CIP operations.
• Experience in executing or supporting cleaning validation programs.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of time based on customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain Visas for International travel.
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably in Operations or Engineering.
• Experience with Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical and/or Personal Care).
• Experience or familiarity with internal or external auditing.
• Project leadership and change control understanding.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems related to cleaning and hygiene.
• Conduct customer technical visits and site surveys with documented recommendations.
• Assist the customer in their change control process including SOP guidance and validation consultation.
• Conduct internal trainings and customer-facing seminars on cGMPs and cleaning validation principles.
• Assist in communicating best practices to the field sales organization.
• Provide leadership on unique customer projects beyond typical technical scope.
• Ensure brand standards and timely completion of final reports.
