Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems in cleaning and hygiene.
• Conduct customer visits and site surveys with documented recommendations.
• Support change control processes including SOP guidance and validation.
• Deliver internal trainings and customer seminars on cGMPs and cleaning validation.
• Share best practices with the field sales organization.
