You will steer strategic sourcing, software license governance, and technology outsourcing for AVEVA's worldwide R&D organization, ensuring access to top tools while optimizing costs and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise software licenses and cloud commitments.
• Ability to lead global outsourcing strategies and complex technology contracts.
• Proficiency in vendor risk, compliance, and software governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement lifecycle for R&D assets including tools, platforms, and services.
• Own strategic outsourcing and complex commercial negotiations with vendors.
• Drive cost-saving through ELAs, volume discounts, and contract renewals.
• Implement and govern software asset management and licensing optimization.
• Oversee third‑party software governance, cyber and regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, Finance, and Product teams to align vendor strategy.
