Insight Global seeks a Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation. This executive role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to scale operations and modernize workflows.

Reporting to the COO, you will define a long-term AI roadmap, partner with leaders across functions, and drive measurable impact through practical AI solutions, governance, and responsible innovation in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on while influencing executive leadership.
• Experience applying AI to automate workflows and improve operational performance across functions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with limited infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI and automation strategy aligned with business growth.
• Assess current operations in 60–90 days to identify modernization opportunities.
• Drive AI adoption across origination, underwriting, servicing, and capital raising functions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish governance, best practices, and responsible AI frameworks for scalable growth.
• Mentor data analytics teams and guide AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
