Job summary

SES is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, primarily in Europe with global scope. You will design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

You will manage 15-20 requisitions, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and various tools, participate in events and university engagements, and help SES scale its talent to meet ambitious space-related objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in global environments.
• Experience recruiting for STEM/technology roles and corporate functions.
• Ability to manage 15-20 requisitions concurrently.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Experience building employer brands and using events for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Design talent strategies for technical areas across global markets.
• Partner with stakeholders to build recruitment plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and open requisitions end-to-end.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams with data-driven insights.
• Represent SES brand and participate in events to attract talent.
• Advise on markets and improve recruitment processes.
• Support talent campaigns and opportunities globally.
