You will manage sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience within a fast-paced, collaborative People team. You will shape Plum's employer brand and processes, delivering top talent while representing our values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Proven success in engineering hiring is a must-have.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring processes and prioritize.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workable a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech roles from sourcing to offer.
• Design sourcing strategies and build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
• Track hiring performance and KPI reporting with clear data.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team on best practices and strategies.
• Collaborate on employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and embody Plum's culture.
