Job summary

Skylo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale our recruiting function across Mountain View, Espoo and India.

You will own the global talent engine, system architecture, workforce planning, and employer brand to attract world-class hardware, software, and telecom talent. This player-coach role reports to executive leadership, transforms recruiting into a data-backed competitive advantage, and partners with Marketing to craft high-impact employer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with leadership in software/hardware tech.
• Experience hiring in scarce markets such as semiconductor or telecom.
• Proven track record of scaling orgs across geographies.
• Hands-on proficiency with Ashby ATS and data-driven recruiting.
• Strong headcount planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build structured interviewing and improve quality of hire.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a multi-year global talent strategy.
• Define roles with scorecards before sourcing.
• Run hiring motions for scarce specialists, scalable functional, executive, and cleared personnel.
• Own Ashby as the recruiting OS and manage workflows.
• Build reports on pipeline, time-to-fill, and cost per hire.
• Lead and scale a global recruiting team with SOPs and enablement.
