Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to discuss software development lifecycle with engineers.
• Smart, gritty and resourceful with a hands-on approach.
• Curious and eager to learn, contribute ideas.
• Positive, proactive team contributor and culture carrier.
• Able to handle ambiguous, complex challenges with good judgment.
