Job summary

TriVista is hiring a Manager to lead client engagements within our Digital & Technology practice. You will independently lead projects, work directly with client leadership, and guide small teams through assessments, analysis, and recommendations.

Engagements may involve technology strategy, digital transformation, ERP, cybersecurity and post-merger integration. You will collaborate with IT, finance, operations, sales, and executive leadership to translate findings into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience leading technology projects or client engagements.
• Broad understanding of technology and business systems, with experience in areas such as ERP, technology strategy, digital transformation, systems architecture, cybersecurity, IT operating models, or post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from scoping through analysis, recommendations, and final deliverables.
• Assess technology environments, business applications, systems architecture, processes, and IT operating models.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, data gathering, process mapping, and analysis.
• Develop recommendations related to technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and post-merger integration.
• Manage project plans, budgets, deliverables, client communication, and engagement teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to management teams, boards, and private equity stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals, tools, and practice development.
