Job summary

TriVista Business Group, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Digital & Technology - ERP & Business Systems to lead consulting engagements for Private Equity clients, focusing on ERP, digital transformation, and enterprise value improvement.

You will manage a team of consultants, direct client initiatives, oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience
• Minimum 5 years of results-driven project leadership
• Deep functional understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and configuration across finance, operations, inventory, production, warehouse, or supply chain
• Deep and balanced understanding of IT and business strategy, operations, and value drivers
• Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Project management experience leading complex projects and teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Manage TriVista engagements day to day through scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
• Drive projects to completion by overseeing activities and workstreams
• Identify and prioritize enterprise value improvement opportunities
• Manage consultants through data gathering, analysis and QA
• Utilize project management tools and best practices (Gantt, risk, WBS, RACI)
• Develop high-quality written deliverables
• Lead client assessments and transformation initiatives focused on ERP, cybersecurity and IT integration
• Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for executives
• Support post-merger integration initiatives involving ERP and technology integration
• Collaborate with other practices to share project information efficiently
