Job summary

You will negotiate license models and terms, advise on deviations, and drive supplier governance and performance. Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Business to align technology roadmaps with procurement strategy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate license models and T&Cs to complete full contracts
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders on terms deviations
• Stay updated on IT and automotive software directions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal
• Partner with IT and Business on sourcing strategy, roadmaps and suppliers
• Manage supplier governance, deliveries, lead times and contracts
• Lead annual renewal cadence for business continuity
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and benchmark data
• Resolve commercial issues and assess supplier performance
• Utilize sourcing processes to manage packages
