Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics or product development.
• Experience in Semiconductors.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and drafting contracts cross-functionally with legal.
• Proven leadership capability; strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter, adaptable, problem-solver.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies based on market trends and establish a robust supply base.
• Negotiate price, terms, and contracts for materials, tooling, and services.
• Optimize supply performance via benchmarking, cost/value chain analysis, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners through RFQ, procure-to-pay, order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Drive for winning outcomes aligned to business goals.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships; provide proactive issue resolution.
• Develop supply protection and contingency plans.
