Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region or global contracts.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to operate in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for assigned technology sourcing contracts.
• Design and implement contract-specific governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Lead service reviews, performance reporting, and governance forums.
• Monitor and drive adherence to SLA performance and operational metrics.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, order-to-cash, and delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams to support lifecycle management.
• Drive profitability, cost efficiency, and financial transparency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standard methodologies.
