Job summary

CSL is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Sourcing to craft and drive strategic sourcing for CSL's IT and tech services. You will lead global initiatives, guide Sourcing Managers, and partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to optimize value, reduce risk, and deliver significant year-over-year savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category mgmt for technology.
• Proven experience in global tech spend categories and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global tech category strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives and complex tenders (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Analyze spend and supplier dynamics to identify savings and risk mitigation.
• Serve as global SME for technology procurement and contracting.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic vendors.
• Provide guidance to Sourcing Managers and ensure consistent execution.
