Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) in Memphis, TN, is seeking a dynamic IT Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing of information technology systems and software worldwide. You will develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective IT solutions for the business.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT sourcing, strong vendor management, and collaboration across IT, HR, finance and legal across time zones. Occasional travel may be required; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in IT sourcing/procurement with vendor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and software (MS Teams, SAP).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT systems and software to drive cost savings and optimize supplier performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers and service providers, monitoring risk and contractual obligations.
• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing process, including RFPs/RFQs, negotiating pricing and contracts, finalizing agreements for best value.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, finance, legal, and other departments to understand requirements and provide guidance.
• Utilize market trends and analytics to analyze supplier performance and cost savings.
• Manage sourcing activities across other non-IT categories as needed.
