Job summary

HDR is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Recruiting) to join our global team in identifying, engaging and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings. You will partner with 30+ recruiters world-wide to deliver top talent for HDR's growth in high-impact sectors.

You will drive candidate delivery through targeted sourcing campaigns and personalized outreach, while staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging AI tools to accelerate the process, all within HDR's employee-owned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruiting, technical sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, and social platforms.
Strong research, analytics, and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to translate job descriptions into effective search strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with employer branding and proactive candidate generation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates using tools and techniques.
Outreach candidates by cold calls, text, email, and other media.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline for current and future needs.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand role requirements and culture.
Engage candidates with personalized outreach and maintain interest.
Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging sourcing technologies.
Drive innovative thinking with AI-based tools to accelerate sourcing.
