HDR is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Recruiting) to identify passive and active candidates for current and future openings. You will collaborate with a global team of recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate slates for technical roles across HDR's diverse projects.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate generation, innovative sourcing techniques, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery while supporting HDR's employee-owned culture and commitment to impact across communities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruiting or technical sourcing experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
Experience with proactive candidate generation and sourcing for technical roles.
Strong expertise in sourcing technologies, Boolean search, and candidate engagement.
Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, social platforms).
Strong research and analytical skills to identify talent in competitive markets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Conduct candidate outreach via cold calls, texts, emails, and other channels.
Proactively build a robust pipeline for current and future openings.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand role requirements.
Engage candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships.
Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights.
Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-based sourcing tools.
