You will utilize sourcing tools and AI-based approaches to stay ahead of industry trends, continually refining outreach and engagement practices to attract top talent for HDRs critical roles.

Qualifications

• 5 years in sourcing or talent acquisition with emphasis on proactive candidate generation.
• Expertise in sourcing technologies, boolean search, and candidate engagement.
• Strong research/analytical skills to identify talent in competitive markets.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Candidate outreach by cold calling, text, email and other media.
• Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships.
• Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights.
• Stay current on industry trends and AI-based tools to accelerate sourcing.
