Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you will partner with hiring managers to fill roles across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience recruiting for technical and business roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Create clear job descriptions reflecting each business opportunity.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates.
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Screen candidates for experience, fit, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and collect timely feedback.
• Prepare and communicate offer letters and onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
