Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Arlington-based People team, focusing on technical roles across the United States, Mexico, and Latin America. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and help scale our talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes onsite collaboration in Arlington, VA, with four days per week onsite, and opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or related field.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
• Aptitude to learn new roles, technologies, markets, and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from kickoff to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Source and engage candidates across the US, Mexico, and Latin America using sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs and maintain ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews and support a positive candidate experience.
• Learn regional talent markets and adapt outreach accordingly.
• Collaborate with a distributed team and contribute to People initiatives.
• Explore and apply AI learnings to improve recruitment efficiency.
