• 3-8 years bridging business and technology teams
• Strong technical curiosity to understand applications, infrastructure and processes
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with changing priorities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional technology and operational projects from planning through execution
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable project plans
• Coordinate priorities across multiple technology teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reports and communications
• Lead large-scale onboarding and enablement initiatives ensuring hardware and access provisioning is delivered on schedule
• Coordinate infrastructure and operational initiatives including hardware procurement and deployments
• Act as liaison between business, engineering, procurement and deployment teams
• Monitor execution, identify risks, remove blockers and ensure deliverables
• Develop understanding of applications and tech landscape to improve prioritization
• Coordinate with global teams across offices and time zones
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
