Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner, Global Content Excellence to be located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. This role owns global technology product direction for Global Connext content and DAM, guiding cross-regional teams and translating business needs into a formal product backlog.
You will work with architecture, engineering, QA, security, and compliance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, while shaping the global product roadmap and investment
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in technology product management or related area.
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of Agile, backlog management, and SDLC in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own global technology product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Global Connext content and DAM.
- Lead cross-regional coordination and ensure alignment of regional Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Define global prioritization balancing value, compliance, risk, and cost.
- Partner with architects, engineering, QA, privacy, and delivery partners to scalable solutions.
- Develop investment and resource recommendations for global delivery and licensing needs.
- Define KPIs/OKRs and track platform reliability and business outcomes.
