This individual will operate with a global mindset and will be accountable for demand, prioritization, roadmap decisions, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, dependencies, investment planning, and measurable outcomes across the assigned global content portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global technology product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Global Connext content capabilities and Global DAM / GCSO DAM.
  • Serve as the Global Content Technical DRI for Connext, providing technology direction, cross-regional coordination, integration requirements, backlog alignment, delivery governance, and overall technical readiness.
  • Lead Global DAM / GCSO DAM technology ownership, including demand intake, roadmap prioritization, operating-model decisions, platform governance, stakeholder alignment, and coordination of delivery and support needs.
  • Partner with global and regional Business Product Owners and Technology Product Owners to translate business objectives and user needs into clear capabilities, epics, features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate cross-platform dependencies across the Content Excellence ecosystem, including Connext, DAM / Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Veeva PromoMats / iMR, Workfront, design systems, content data, AI-enabled capabilities, and relevant integrations.
  • Work with solution architecture, engineering, DevOps, quality, security, privacy, compliance, validation, and support partners to define scalable solutions and maintain required SDLC and GxP documentation.
  • Maintain a well-defined and prioritized global product backlog, ensure features meet readiness criteria before entering delivery, and confirm that deliverables have clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
  • Guide discovery, assessments, proofs of concept, implementation planning, testing, release readiness, deployment, adoption, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Manage technology risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies; elevate trade-offs requiring leadership action and provide clear recommendations.
  • Develop investment and resource recommendations for global delivery, including internal headcount, external delivery partners, engineering, business analysis, architecture, DevOps, support, training, and licensing needs.
  • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, adoption measures, delivery health, platform reliability, and business-value outcomes; use insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate platform-level innovation, automation, metadata, content intelligence, AI readiness, and emerging capabilities that improve content findability, reuse, governance, and speed to market.
  • Ensure global solutions support appropriate governance, metadata standards, content lifecycle requirements, permissions, rights management, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate the product vision, roadmap, decisions, progress, risks, and value to executive leaders, business stakeholders, regional teams, and delivery partners.
  • Coach and influence cross-functional teams through a matrixed operating model, creating clarity of roles, decision rights, ways of working, and accountability.
