Job summary

The role partners with multiple business functions and enterprise teams to translate needs into measurable outcomes, ensuring security, privacy, and governance as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years in technology, product ownership, knowledge management or related fields.
• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in an agile model with backlog & roadmaps.
• Experience with knowledge/content management, workflow, search, taxonomy, metadata.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot, AI productivity.
• Awareness of privacy, security, compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GCA knowledge/content.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with communications, brand, and enterprise functions to improve content governance.
• Lead knowledge/content management capabilities, including taxonomy, metadata, search, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, intelligent search, automation, and content intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and records management standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, data, platform, and vendor teams for scalable solutions.
• Manage ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and adoption activities.
• Define and monitor OKRs, adoption metrics, and product health for knowledge/content
• Support modernization and rationalization of the GCA tech ecosystem.
• Champion a product mindset, inclusion, and continuous improvement across teams.
