Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Global Corporate Affairs Technology to define and deliver knowledge and content capabilities across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in technology, product ownership, knowledge management, or related fields.
• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in agile settings with backlog, roadmaps, releases, and value metrics.
• Experience delivering enterprise knowledge/content management, collaboration, or digital workplace solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint/Teams, AI-enabled productivity tools, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GCA knowledge and content capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across communications, public affairs, brand, and enterprise functions to improve content lifecycle and reuse.
• Lead delivery of knowledge management capabilities including taxonomy, metadata, search, workflows, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, intelligent search, automation, and content intelligence to improve productivity and content quality.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, records management, accessibility, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Manage product ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and adoption activities.
• Define and monitor OKRs, adoption metrics, and product health for knowledge and content products.
• Support modernization and simplification of the GCA tech ecosystem.
• Promote a product mindset, continuous improvement, inclusivity, and collaboration.
