PTC is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Engineering to plan, direct, and oversee the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs. The role evaluates manufacturing processes to develop strategies that boost productivity and efficiency across the company.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish engineering policies, manage the department budget, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive technology adoption

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of industry related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, employee development, mentoring, and succession planning skills are required

• Oversees preparation and final approval of project plans.
• Conducts cost analysis and schedules for development projects.
• Establishes and implements the strategic direction of the company’s engineering and development initiatives.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems.
