Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Position/Speed/Rotary sensor domains, strong financial skills, and the ability to travel globally to support growth across multiple regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years direct experience with Position, Speed and Rotary Sensor technology and market trends.
• Financial acumen to perform trade-off analyses and cost modeling.
• Strong business English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to synthesize complex situations and drive organizational alignment.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for Position, Speed and Rotary sensor products.
• Champion advanced development initiatives and technology investments for next‑generation products.
• Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities and competitive threats to sustain leadership.
