You will lead cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to align technology strategy with business objectives and customer needs.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, platform evolution, and profitability, with global stakeholder engagement across Europe, Americas, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA/technical Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for Position, Speed and Rotary sensor products.
• Lead platform development, technology refreshes, and cost competitiveness initiatives.
• Act as technical leader for the Position sensor portfolio and drive customer solutions and partnerships.
