TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Technology & Portfolio Manager for Temperature Sensors. This role links technical strategy with commercial success across multiple markets, engaging teams worldwide to grow the Temperature sensor portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Temperature Sensor tech, strong business acumen, and leadership across functions. Global travel is expected to support growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required/preferred MBA or specialized master’s degree.
• 10+ years direct experience with Temperature Sensor technology, markets and trends.
• Ability to align technical roadmap with business objectives.
• Financial acumen to perform trade-off analyses and cost modeling.
• Strong business English communication, both written and verbal.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for Temperature sensor products.
• Champion advanced development initiatives and investments for next-generation products.
• Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, and threats to sustain leadership.
• Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development and strategic investment planning.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend enhancements, footprint optimization, and cost initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across PM, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Systems Architecture.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio profitability and long-term performance.
• Act as technical leader and SME for Temperature sensor portfolio, supporting customer relationships and partnerships.
• Drive solution development, positioning, design-in opportunities, and value propositions.
