TE Connectivity is seeking a Technology & Portfolio Manager for Temperature Sensors (Remote) to lead the technology strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio performance across Industrial, Medical, Transportation and AD&M markets. The role collaborates with global teams in Europe, Americas, and APAC to drive growth and profitability while aligning technical development with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
10+ years direct experience with Temperature Sensor technology, markets, and industry trends.
Ability to align technical roadmap to business objectives.
Financial acumen to perform trade-off analyses and cost modeling.
Strong communication skills in business English, written and verbal.
Ability to synthesize complex situations and drive alignment across functions.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel globally and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for Temperature sensor products.
Champion advanced development initiatives and technology investments for next-generation products.
Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to sustain leadership.
Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development and cost initiatives.
Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Systems Architecture.
Maintain portfolio profitability and long-term business performance.
Act as technical leader for the Temperature sensor portfolio and support customer relationships.
