Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of infrastructure technologies across its fulfillment and logistics network in North America. You will coordinate multiple deployment programs, translate requirements into field plans, and manage vendors, schedules, and risks across diverse facilities.

The role requires a self-starting leader capable of handling concurrent projects, optimizing processes, and communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of Excel with advanced features and Tableau experience.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• PM is preferred with resource planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent deployment programs from planning through implementation and handoff.
• Develop deployment strategies, schedules, milestones, and execution mechanisms for repeatable deployment.
• Translate technical requirements into field deployment plans with engineering teams and vendors.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure safe, on-schedule project execution aligned with requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors, tracking performance, quality and risks.
• Escalate issues and drive resolutions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analyze deployment data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
• Build knowledge of technical systems and support root-cause analysis during challenges.
• Develop standard work and best practices to improve scalability and quality.
• Provide program updates, risk assessments, and leadership recommendations.
