Bending Spoons seeks a talented and driven legal professional to join our growing team. You will support cross-border acquisitions, draft and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements, and provide practical legal advice across technology, product, marketing, and regulatory areas.

You will help build scalable legal tools and stay ahead of evolving regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar eligibility, with experience in law firm or in-house counsel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with first-principles thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.

Responsabilités

• Support cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and tech agreements.
• Advise on technology, product, marketing, and regulatory matters across the business.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external advisers on litigation.
