Job summary

Jobot is urgently seeking a Global Controller with CPA to lead accounting across a growing tech portfolio in a dynamic environment. You will oversee close cycles, consolidations, and technical accounting while guiding audits and ERP deployments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in progressive accounting roles, CPA, and strong US GAAP expertise. This role offers significant exposure to international markets and high-growth entities with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license preferred.
“CPA license or credential (active or inactive).”
10+ years in progressive accounting roles with full close cycle and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition and business combinations.
Experience leading audits, multi-entity consolidation and technical accounting.
Working knowledge of IFRS preferred; US GAAP fluency is priority.
Expertise in Sage Intacct, multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
Experience managing FX exposure in a multi-entity environment.
Experience in private equity or high-growth tech/software multi-entity environments.
Advanced Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee global accounting operations across portfolio companies.
Lead month-end close, consolidations and financial reporting for multiple entities.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP; apply IFRS where applicable.
Drive process improvements, internal controls, audits and tech deployments.
Collaborate with finance leadership and portfolio management to optimize performance.
