Qualifications

• Lead the technology regulatory programme across BlackRock's tech businesses.
• Translate global regulatory requirements into actionable tech controls and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security and Risk Management to ensure cohesive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance oversight for BlackRock's technology businesses (Aladdin, eFront, Preqin).
• Assess regulatory implications of providing technology or data services to clients.
• Design and implement a global, risk-based Technology Compliance Programme (AI, Cloud, data, cyber security).
• Maintain a global inventory of laws, regulations and supervisory expectations.
