Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Proven experience planning and executing multiple team events for 200+ participants.
• Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a cohesive engagement strategy across pillars of Connection, Recognition, Communication, Development, and Innovation.
• Partner with senior leadership to design purpose-driven activities with measurable outcomes, on budget, across multiple shifts and locations.
• Serve as an approachable resource for employees at all levels, balancing listening with strategic judgment to prioritize high-impact programming.
• Lead end-to-end operational execution of all engagement events from planning through completion, coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Own event communications through Slack and internal channels with a consistent voice.
• Track participation and use data/feedback to continuously improve the team experience.
• Manage day-to-day operational needs including scheduling, expense reporting, meeting notes, travel coordination, and office management.
• Proactively identify gaps in team experience and culture, propose and implement solutions.
