Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology programs end-to-end, owning the overall schedule, identifying and mitigating risks, and delivering on time and with quality.
• Partner with engineering managers and technical teams to scope efforts, set milestones, secure resources, and drive decisions that clear blockers.
• Develop understanding of system architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs to prevent poor tech decisions and arrange additional reviews when needed.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across teams to maintain alignment.
• Define and track success metrics, contribute to strategic docs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and system quality over time.
