Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Lead (Tax Technology) to drive critical operational value for Starlink by ensuring global tax and e-invoicing compliance, and by implementing process and system enhancements that scale efficiency across the organization.

You will coordinate with external providers, develop business models for specific verticals, and lead initiatives with Starlink leadership while balancing resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance or 3+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ year experience abroad or with corporate operations outside the United States.
• 1+ year of analytical experience using office software and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and coordinate with external service providers for tax/compliance documents.
• Plan and resource planning for verticals; develop business models.
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink's business outlook and track execution.
• Analyze impact of proposed business decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and scalability.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with external resources.
• Provide ad hoc project support as needed.
