SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Lead (Tax Technology) to drive critical operational value for Starlink by ensuring global tax and e-invoicing compliance. You will implement process improvements, scale efficiency, and advance strategic initiatives with SpaceX leadership.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools, and supporting ad hoc tax projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ year experience with analytics (e.g. Excel modeling, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Gather data and coordinate with external providers for tax and e-invoicing documents.
• Coordinate planning and resource management for Starlink verticals and business models.
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s business outlook and track initiatives with leadership.
• Analyze the impact of proposed business decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, execution, and customer experience.
