SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Lead (Tax Technology) to drive compliant, scalable processes across the organization. You will coordinate data with external providers and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize tax operations, dashboards, and automation while navigating complex regulatory requirements and international considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, finance or equivalent.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling and reporting.
• 1+ year international or cross-border operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather data with providers to comply with local tax and e-invoicing rules.
• Plan resources and models for verticals within Starlink.
• Identify initiatives to improve business outlook and performance.
• Analyze impact of proposed business decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead process and system improvements for execution and handoffs.
• Collaborate across departments and external resources for compliance.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
