Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience in corporate tax or public accounting focusing on ASC 740.
• 3-5 years in global provisions role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global quarterly and annual income tax provision process.
• Prepare ASC 740 tax provisions and disclosures.
• Coordinate with auditors for tax-related audits.
• Research complex tax issues and prepare technical memos.
